Note:< All information between your OnTheHub account and Maxon account should be the same. This means your email, username, as well as first and last names need to be identical.
Failed to apply the coupon. Your entered data doesn't match our records. Please double-check the information and try again:
This error message likely means that either:
There is a discrepancy in your promotional code. Please verify the accuracy of your entry.
Your first and last name on your Maxon account do not match your OnTheHub account. (Spelling and/or accents á, é, í, ó, ú, ý)
Please make any necessary adjustments to your account information in your Maxon account to ensure consistency. OnTheHub can update your information when you order a code, but to ensure our system is up to date, changes must be made in your Maxon account.
